PSYCHEDELIC PREPARATION AND INTEGRATION SUPPORT

Are you curious about psychedelics and looking for a safe place to talk about this path?

Are you an experienced psychonaut wanting to deepen the therapeutic use of your experiences?

Have you had an experience with psychedelics and need a space to sort it all out?

If any of these questions resonate, then Presence & Flow is here to support you!

ABOUT PSYCHEDELICS

Psychedelics are substances that can induce altered states of consciousness and profound psychological effects. They can be powerful tools for healing and transformation, but can also be challenging and overwhelming, especially if you are not adequately prepared or lack the support you need. The psychedelic journey that is supported both before and after, offers a richness and depth that cannot be met by experiencing the substance alone.

PREPARATION & INTEGRATION

Skilled preparation support can help you clarify your intentions and goals for working with psychedelics, whether that’s micro-dosing a few times a week, or participating in high dose immersive journeys far from home.

Preparation coaching can identify ways to optimize the experience for personal growth and identify practical tools to manage difficult emotions and sensations while in an altered state.

Preparation education helps you make informed decisions, addresses risks or potential adverse effects, and develops harm-reduction strategies for you to use.

Preparation work can introduce you to, or amplify, the voice of your own Inner Healing Intelligence.

From a therapeutic perspective, the Integration component of a psychedelic experience is the container that fosters deep healing and transformation.

Taking the substance can act as the catalyst for an expanded awareness, and the integration process is where we ‘make meaning’ out of the experience, learning how new insights can become manifest and applied to our everyday lives.

Integration coaching helps you capture and reflect on your psychedelic journey in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Integration supports you to better understand and work through any difficult or challenging feelings that have been stirred up by the psychedelic experience.

Integration encourages continued communication with your inner healing intelligence, offering pathways to embrace new possibilities and ways of being.

At Presence & Flow we believe in the transformational power of a supportive therapeutic relationship, offering deep witness, unconditional positive regard, active listening, and a creative approach to addressing and reframing challenges.

We acknowledge the impact of both personal and societal trauma, and the broken systems we must navigate in today’s modern world. Traveling your own unique path, Presence & Flow offers a witness, an ally, a champion, and a helping hand, on this profound journey.

Using an eclectic tool kit, we draw on traditional as well as expansive counseling models, including Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, Coaching for Transformation, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction therapy.
